House with No Steps is holding a Volunteer Information Day

on Friday 21st October 2011.

House with No Steps are a leading provider of quality community services to people with disabilities and/or mental health needs, throughout NSW, QLD & ACT.

We are seeking friendly, flexible people who are able to make a weekly, fortnightly or monthly commitment to the organisation and the people we support.

Volunteer positions currently exist to further enhance the lives of the people we support through community involvement, social connections and building friendships.  These positions are based in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions.

In exchange for your commitment as a volunteer you will:

•·        Support people to make the most of their abilities

•·        Enrich and empower another life

•·        Build friendships

•·        Meet new people

•·        Develop new skills

All staff and volunteers are required to undergo a Federal Police Check
