Commencing 2012

 We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for this exciting new project that will commence operation at the beginning of 2012.

This is an exciting position that assists young people to develop and maintain their independent living skills, develop skills to work towards their goals, participate as valued and active members of the community and to support them to make the transition from educational settings to experience an enriched life as a young adult.

Essential Criteria:
  • As per Job Description (see below)
  • Experience working in a Day Program setting
  • Understanding of Person Centred Thinking and Practices
  • Commitment to Community Inclusion
