Vivienne has worked at House with No Steps (HWNS) Summerland House Farm in Alstonville as a supported employee for 26 years. Leigh, 34, was born with Down Syndrome and is a participant and spokesperson for the HWNS Independent Living Skills Initiative (ILSI) based in Hunter.
