We provide a personalised approach and listen to your needs. We will work with you to develop a Person Centred Plan ensuring that you develop your skills, self-esteem and confidence as we create opportunities for you to learn, in a secure, fun and supportive atmosphere. Our program combines small groups and individual activities.

Who is eligible for Transition to Work?

If you are:

  • A funded student
  • Have been supported at school through “Support Units”
  • Eligible for Post School Programs – TTW
  • A person who requires support for future work and study goals
  • Living in New South Wales

Certificate I in Employability Skills: (Becoming a Worker Course)

As part of the Transition to Work program you will complete the nationally accredited Certificate I in Employability Skills course. This will help you prepare for the workforce and develop the necessary skills to find and maintain employment.

Hours of operation

The program operates for 18 hours per week, between the hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

No less than 18 hours of support a week will be offered to all service users as per ADHC guidelines. Days and hours are flexible.
