Services for children, teenagers, and adults who need some additional supports
Our Enhanced Supports team specialise in supporting people with complex needs, developmental and psychiatric disabilities (including dual diagnosis), and autism.
This service involves a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who work together to provide a coordinated model of support.
This means you will have access to a range of local professionals all in one place - including psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, social workers, behaviour support practitioners, and early childhood educators.
Our Enhanced Support services
Our Occupational Therapists (or OTs) support people to be as independent as possible by helping them to learn new skills and finding new ways to manage everyday activities.
Our Behavioural Support team works to understand why a person may use inappropriate, challenging, or unsafe behaviour, which is affecting them or those around them.
Our Speech Pathologists (sometimes called Speech Therapists) provide support to people who have difficulty communicating or swallowing.
We can help connect you with other informal and funded supports to make sure you have a coordinated model of support.
Meet the members of our Enhanced Supports team who have a diverse range of skills across Social Work, Behavioural Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Psychology.
