Who are we accountable to?
All of our services meet or exceed the relevant State and Commonwealth Disability Services Standards. These standards have been incorporated into our Quality Management System which is accredited to international standard ISO 9001.
As a registered charity, we follow best practice guidelines and abide by the requirements of the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 and Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901.
