Our 2010-2013 strategic plan builds on the ‘Strengthen - Grow - Lead’ theme of our previous strategy. It is the result of a six-month planning process conducted across House With No Steps in parallel with the development of our new Vision, Mission and Values statements.

The plan is structured around 15 strategic goals, which we aim to achieve by June 2013. Over the three year plan period we will Strengthen House With No Steps so that every service we offer is sustainable, high quality and tailored to the individual needs of each client; Grow our services to provide greater choice and opportunity in more places for more Australians with a disability; and Lead the disability sector to encourage greater innovation and a fairer deal for all people with a disability.
