We can provide support services for those who are unable to work in full-time employment. We provide age appropriate daytime leisure and recreation activities matched to skills and interests.
Our programs provide the opportunity to develop living skills such as cooking, shopping and travel. We also focus on sporting and recreational activities, developing a future plan, connecting with social and interest groups and increasing inclusion in the local community.

Services for School Students |
|
In ACT, our Transition to Adult Life service works with young people as early as Year 9 onwards. Services work closely with students, their families and school to support young people to transition from school to adult life.
The focus is on assisting them to link with their community across all aspects of their life including vocational, employment, social skills and opportunities and preparation for living situations. The aim is to connect students to options in their local community, rather than services specifically for people with a disability.
