Community Living
Support to live independently

We offer a range of community living services to assist people with a disability to live in their own home, with as much independence as possible. Support includes life skills training such as cooking, hygiene, travel and community linkages.

Group Living

Our small group homes provide varying support levels for clients who need a more structured accommodation environment. Services vary from two to five person homes, villas, home units and cluster housing models.

We are constantly working on the design and development of new accommodation models to better meet the needs of people with a disability.

Community Justice Program

In Southern NSW, the Community Justice Program supports and trains people with a disability who have been involved in the criminal justice system to secure accommodation and to integrate into the community in order to reduce or eliminate the likelihood of re-offending.

Emergency Accommodation

We offer transition accommodation and support to people with a disability who have become, or are in danger of becoming homeless due to a crisis in their lives. The aim is for service users to transition back to their previous arrangements or to relocate to more suitable living arrangements.
