One of the goals of the House With No Steps is to assist people with disabilities in gaining independence, ideally to the point of achieving fully open employment as well as living independently.

We deliver various training courses in the transition from school to work as well as training and support for those gaining experience while working for the House With No Steps in their commercial operations.
