For those who want to work but require some extra support to do so, then supported employment may be the right option.
We provide supported employment opportunities for 600 people with a disability across our 27 small and medium sized businesses. We can offer a diverse range of employment opportunities which vary according to region. Our businesses provide opportunities which vary from landscape maintenance, horticulture, hospitality and catering, packaging and assembly, manufacturing, to commercial laundry and linen.
Supported employees receive a supported wage assessed by a trained wage assessor. Many employees also receive a full or partial Disability Support Pension.

Based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, our assessors service all regions of QLD, NSW and the ACT. The assessment panel determines workplace support requirements and workplace productivity and wage rates for workers with a disability.
This service identifies barriers to participation in employment such as a disability or medical condition, and then recommends ways to help overcome these barriers. Employment support needs are identified with referral to programs of assistance wherever possible.
