Growing Care is a business division of the House With No Steps.
This service helps people with disabilities achieve independence by providing training, employment opportunities and economic security.

Growing Care is a professional horticultural and landscaping business with competitive rates and an assurance of the quality.  Our team consists of staff who are qualified horticulturalists or landscape gardeners plus employees with varying disabilities.

Growing Care is available for work anywhere in the Sydney Metropolitan area and some selected regional centres.

Based in the Sydney suburb of Lane Cove, the Growing Care team carries out a wide range of horticultural and landscape management work including:

• gardening
• mowing (residential & large area)
• litter collection
• weeding
• all aspects of landscape maintenance
• bush regeneration

• residential
• parks and reserves
• roadside nature strips, embankments and verges
• other open space areas
• industrial sites
• government sites

All Growing Care staff are trained in OH&S, rehabilitation, traffic control, environmental legislation and hold a current first aid certificate.

Safety and training are essential at Growing Care with all staff trained in all safe-working procedures.  All staff wear high visibility uniforms and personal protective equipment.

Vehicles and plant are suitably registered and staff are fully trained to operate relevant machinery.   Applicable drivers licences are held.

Qualified personnel maintain all plant and machinery on a regular basis to ensure optimum reliability and performance Growing Care has the full financial support of House With No Steps.  This allows access to capital funds as and when required.  

Growing Care is also supported by the Human Resources department of House With No Steps, ensuring the successful recruitment of quality personnel.

Quality Service and Performance is Critically important to us as Growing Care is ISO 9001 certified.
