Annual Foundation Dinner 2008 |
On Friday 25 July, House With No Steps held the 46th annual Foundation Dinner to recognise and celebrate the achievements and outstanding contributions of staff, volunteers, stakeholders and supporters. 
NSW Minister for Disabilities, The Hon. Kristina Keneally was the official guest speaker. “House With No Steps’ success in providing employment for people with a disability is in line with the Government’s own efforts in this area. I was able to see some of these integral services in action in a rural setting when I visited Forbes in June this year.”
"Founders Awards" were presented to 12 individuals who have contributed in a way that has substantially benefited the “House” over the past year.Long serving staff members were presented with pins to congratulate them on their exceptional record of employment. A big congratulations goes to Margery Martyn who has been with us for 40 years! During dinner, guests were entertained by the angelic tones of international artist Margaret Urlich.
