Post School Program
HWNS provides various community options for students making the transition from school into wider community life.
Day Programs through Active Linking
HWNS provides day programs to boarding house residents living in West Lake Macquarie and
community-based activities for 14 group home clients, offering a means
to actively participate in their local communities.
Social Service Program
This program is aimed at retired employees enabling them to maintain friendships and participate in meaningful activities.
