HWNS Recycling is proud to be making a contribution to responsible and sustainable environmental management practices.
We sort and recycle over 160 tones of cardboard, paper and plastic each month. Materials are baled and sent to Sydney’s for reprocessing. Cardboard is processed under arrangements with AMCOR. 
We work with a wide range of large and small commercial customers who supply us with cardboard, waste paper, plastic and newspaper . Various collection devices are available, with regular collection runs or casual pick ups.
We also provide an excellent confidential document destruction service for professional practices. Bins can be provided for the disposal of regular confidential materials or bulk pick ups can be arranged.
We also offer 240 litre and 120 litre wheelie bins for sale .
Shredded paper is available to purchase in 40kg bales and is ideal for commercial or home packing jobs.
Our Newcastle based Recycling Division employs over 40 people with disabilities so you will also be supporting a highly regarded Australian Disability Enterprise.
