Experienced horticulture and landscaping team

We have a strong management team qualified and experienced in landscape and horticultural operations. Our focus on quality service and performance is underpinned by our certification and commitment to ISO 9001:2008.

Growing Care is actively committed to best practice initiatives and continuous improvement. All supervisors hold qualifications in horticulture, landscaping, and/or green keeping or have extensive experience within a related industry.  

Safety and standards

Growing Care has an impeccable safety record. All staff are trained in occupational health, safety and rehabilitation, traffic control, environmental legislation and are fully aware of their obligations. All supervisors hold a current First Aid Certificate.

Safety and training are paramount with all staff trained and signed off to safe working procedures. High visibility uniforms and personal protective equipment are worn by all staff.

Plant and machinery

All plant and machinery is meticulously maintained to ensure optimum quality and performance. Growing Care has a comprehensive inventory of machinery used on a regular basis. All staff undergo appropriate training and hold relevant licenses to operate machinery.

Strong support and financial backing

Growing Care has the full financial support of House with No Steps, a large not-for-profit with a turnover of $91 million in 2009-2010.

Government tendering

The House with No Steps is a significant provider of services to various NSW Government Departments including DADHC, councils and the RTA. We are committed to maintaining best practice standards in meeting government codes of tendering and practice.
