Our Voice Surveys, which we undertake every two years, provide House with No Steps with great feedback about the quality and effectiveness of our services from a broad cross-section of people whom we support and their families and carers. As you would expect, people’s views differ depending on their personal circumstances, the services being provided and the people they deal with. The overall results from both surveys were very positive. The vast majority of our clients and their families and carers expressed satisfaction with the services we provide and the quality and dedication of our staff. The survey also identified areas for improvement, particularly around the way we communicate and engage with families and carers. Further detail on the survey results appear below. |
