Macadamia and Avocado Orchards
The macadamia orchard has over 6,000 trees and the avocado plantation over 2,500 trees. This year the team harvested 4.4 million macadamia nuts and picked over 360,000 avocados

Packing Shed
This year we packed 85,000 trays of avocados; 32,000 trays of peaches and nectarines; 17,000 trays of custard apples and 1700 persimmon, grapefruit and lime trays. Our packing shed is the biggest facility in the Region and has developed into the central hub for rural services. Freight and transport; cool rooms and storage and our own marketing arm (Avocado Marketing Company) offers a co-ordinated package of services to growers in a quality-assured framework

Box shed
The box shed dovetails with our fruit-packing shed. This shed provides the fruit trays needed for fruit packing, before going to market. Employees assembled over 500,000 fruit trays this year using a machine supplied by Amcor

Dehusking
Our employees dehusked and sorted approximately 60 million macadamia nuts in the shed this year

Retail and Wholesale Nursery
With over 20,000 plants sold for the year in combination with a range of accessories, the nursery provides a great working environment for our employees. A fine-food section showcases the Region's local products. Nuts, oils, coffee, tea, lemon myrtle, tea tree and jams and spreads provide an added purchase option for bus tour groups and tourists.

The wholesale nursery has grown 5,000 macadamia root-stocks from seed and grafted these to preferred cultivars. This supported our own farm plantings, with the remainder sold to local growers

Gift shop
Open seven days a week, our gift shop sold over 17,000 items during the year, thanks our dedicated  team of volunteers

Café
Our café is open seven days a week and seats up to 120 people. Employees are trained and work in the kitchen and in areas such as the general café trade, business breakfasts, bus tour groups, birthday parties, business and private functions, small conferences and a rapidly expanding wedding reception market.

Canteen
The canteen team has served over 9,000 nutritious and affordable meals to staff and employees over the year.

Site crew
Our well-established grounds and gardens have become a landmark in the Region. The water features, tranquil setting, and shady feature gardens have attracted bookings for weddings throughout the year. The recent installation of a Water Spray Park has added another dimension to our family-friendly recreational facilities - proving particularly popular with children and families.
