House With No Steps operates 25 unique and varied businesses across NSW and QLD and employs over 560 people with disabilities. Established within local communities and operating successfully in very competitive market places, our enterprises have showcased the abilities, competencies and skill sets of our disabled employees.
HWNS assists with the personal development of each employee, helping them to reach their full potential and maximise their earnings. As a direct result of the skills developed within these various business environments and with the assistance of HWNS, many employees have successfully moved into gainful open employment.
Our Job Capacity Assessors and our staff at House Employment, a specialist disability employment agency, have been working to further develop opportunities for people with disabilities. These services assist people with disabilities to gain work experience, work placements, further education and specialist training in order to secure sustainable employment in mainstream businesses.
