The Team Leader, with a hands on approach, is responsible for ensuring that his/her team satisfies all people and packaging production goals on a day to day basis. The role will involve ensuring quality, production, continuous improvement and funding documentation is achieved, whilst facilitating training and managing O&HS.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for person centred practice, planning and facilitation. You will need to be committed towards supporting people to lead and take control of their own plans and lives and the inclusion of people with disabilities in their community. The role involves training and mentoring staff in person centred planning theory and practice, and in facilitating person centred plans for people with a disability, their families and carers.
