The House With No Steps registered training organisation, The Training House, offers flexible course modes for both accredited and non accredited training for those looking for meaningful careers and to support professional development.

'Transition to Work' and 'Transition from School to the Community' are two post school training services run by House With No Steps.  These programs help to assist people with a disability take the next step in their lives after leaving school. 

House With No Steps offers 3 different types of employment services to people with disability - Supported Employment, Open Employment and Contract Employment. All of these services provide the opportunity for people to participate in meaningful jobs and to earn an income.

House With No Steps provides a range of supported accommodation options for people with disability including group home living and in home support. These services are funded by the Department of Communities (Disability Services).
