House With No Steps is a leading provider of a broad range of business, accommodation respite and Day services for people with disabilities. House With No Steps operates across 6 regions throughout NSW and Queensland. An exciting and challenging career opportunity has arisen for an experienced disability services professional to manage a respite service for people with disabilities. The position will be located in Sydney’s north western suburbs.

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:

• Experience in managing support services for people with disabilities and / or mental health issues;
• Experience and or knowledge of providing respite care would be highly regarded Ability to supervise, support and develop staff;
• Ability to train staff and monitor service outcomes;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other service providers;
• Significant experience balancing and prioritising competing demands;
• Relevant qualifications in Mental Health and or Disability services A current 1A drivers licence and first aid certificate;
• Sound computer skills (must be able to use Microsoft Office, especially Outlook)
