MEAN Booklet
Our MEAN booklet supports people with disability to stay safe and free of Mistreatment, Exploitation, Abuse and Neglect (MEAN). This booklet is a conversation starter around rights and safety. There are pictures and examples to help explain what is and is not okay. We all need to help everyone stay safe.
This booklet is free to download but it is best to use as a printed booklet. If you would like to order printed copies (minimum order of 25), please contact our House with No Steps Printing business for a quote.

Reconciliation Action Plan 2017 - 2019
Our Reconciliation Action Plan is a living document that outlines what we will work to achieve over the next two years to contribute to reconciliation. It challenges and supports all House with No Steps staff to make a positive difference to the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our communities.
