Our 2014 Annual Review is structured around our 2013-16 “Evolve, Create, Innovate” Strategic Plan and looks back on a successful, fulfilling, and at times challenging year.

We are very excited to present to you our Annual review 2014. This year’s review is structured around our 2013-16 “Evolve, Create, Innovate” Strategic Plan.

This year’s review looks back on a successful, fulfilling, and at times challenging year for us . Just a few of the many highlights we saw across the year outlined in this year’s report include:

  • Our work in the NDIS Hunter NSW launch site
  • Growth in our children’s services
  • Choice Solutions’ focus on individualising TTW supports
  • Our focus on building communities of interest through advocacy and support networks
  • Achievements from our IT, Finance, Fundraising, HR, Education and Training, and Marketing teams
  • Achieving our CQL Accreditation and our focus on being person centred and measuring outcomes
  • Growth and increased productivity in our Facilities Services and MediRedi Businesses
  • Our focus on exploring innovative supported employment models

We head into 2014/15 with a strong reputation, clear strategy, solid balance sheet, outstanding employees and 3000 satisfied customers – our service users, their families and carers. We see great opportunities to continue our journey of person centred excellence and growth, with more positive impacts in the lives of many more children and adults as a result.

We depend on the goodwill and support of many stakeholders for our continued operation and impact. These stakeholders include our financial supporters, volunteers, funding agencies, employees, business customers, partner organisations, local communities and most of all the people we support, their families and carers.
