Andrew Richardson has announced that House with No Steps will merge with The Tipping Foundation. This means we’ll be able to help more people with disability in new and better ways.
After more than a year of planning, CEO Andrew Richardson has announced that House with No Steps will merge with The Tipping Foundation and Victorian Person Centred Services Inc (Vista) – two leading Victorian disability service providers.
The target date that the merger will take effect is on 1 March 2018.
The CEO of the merged entity will be Andrew Richardson, current CEO of HWNS. Graeme Kelly, current CEO of TTF and Vista, will be a senior executive and will play a pivotal role in bringing the disability service providers together and developing a new strategy for the merged organisation.
From our customers’ perspective, day one after the merger will look and feel the same as the day before. The organisations will continue to operate under their existing names, and the same staff will support our customers in the same way. With each day, we will work in partnership with customers and staff to further improve and refine our services.
