Local Penrith personality John Boccanfuso has been selling pens at Westfield Penrith and raising money to help support people with a disability for an incredible four decades!
Last month we awarded him with a 40 year service pin to acknowledge his milestone achievement.
“40 years of service is an amazing achievement for anyone. John is an institution really. In Penrith everyone knows John ‘the pen man’, said Elise Cooper, Corporate Partnerships and Events Manager.
John was thrilled to receive his pin and said his favourite part of his job is watching and getting to know the local people.
“To serve the local community for 40 years is something that needs to be recognised and applauded. We’re very happy and proud to have John as a part of our fundraising team,” continued Cooper.
