NDIS Support Coordination

Support Coordination can connect you with other NDIS service providers, and work out how your funds will be spent.

What is NDIS Support Coordination?

NDIS Support Coordination is when someone:

  • Helps you understand your NDIS plan
  • Helps you understand the budget you have available
  • Finds and connects you with different NDIS supports
  • Works out the best way to spend your funds so that you can achieve your goals

Support Coordination is funded separately in your NDIS plan as a capacity building support. Therefore if you do not have Support Coordination in your plan, you (or your nominee) will be responsible for these tasks.

Our Support Coordination services

Our support coordinators are from our local community and are highly skilled and experienced. We will help you achieve your NDIS goals, as well as help you build confidence to manage your plan.

We do this by;

  • Helping you understand your NDIS plan and the budget you have available
  • Working with you to find the best way to spend your funds so that you can achieve your NDIS goals
  • Connecting you with different service providers
  • Connecting you with community and mainstream services
  • Helping you register and use the myGov website and the NDIS Participant Portal
  • Assist you to prepare for your NDIS plan review
