NDIS Support Coordination

Support Coordination can connect you with other NDIS service providers, and work out how your funds will be spent.

What is NDIS Support Coordination?

NDIS Support Coordination is when someone:

  • Helps you understand your NDIS plan
  • Helps you understand the budget you have available
  • Finds and connects you with different NDIS supports
  • Works out the best way to spend your funds so that you can achieve your goals

Support Coordination is funded separately in your NDIS plan as a capacity building support. Therefore if you do not have Support Coordination in your plan, you (or your nominee) will be responsible for these tasks.

Our Support Coordination services

At House with No Steps, our Support Coordinators can provide three different levels of support:

Support Connection

This is for people who just need to be ‘shown the ropes’. We can link you with other local community supports, service providers, activities, and organisations.

Coordination of Supports

Coordination of Supports is a little more involved than Support Connection. It is suitable for those who need additional help to connect with providers, or who have a more complex set of supports.

Specialist Support Coordination

Specialist Support Coordination is for those who have complex needs. One of our specialists will work with you one-on-one to connect you with other services and organisations.
