Richard Madden has played a leading role in the growth and development of House with No Steps for over a decade. He is a person of unquestioned integrity and a passionate advocate for the human rights, dignity and wellbeing of all people with a disability. He is highly regarded and widely respected across the Australia disability sector and internationally. Richard joined the House with No Steps board in 2006 and was elected Chair in 2010 – a position he still holds. He has brought great wisdom, expertise and leadership to the Board, its sub-committees and House with No Steps more broadly. Richard has willingly volunteered thousands of hours of passion, experience and leadership as he has shaped House with No Steps into the capable and purposeful organisation it is today.
